Music Bands

Mountain Lion Trappers

Mountain Lion Trappers will command the stage from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM to tie a bow on this year’s Beer Festival experience. This sextet will have the park rocking with their covers that range from the 1950’s to present day. A great closing guaranteed!

High Court County

High Court County is a Toronto based band that plays a mix of Classic Country Rock and Soul. They cover the classic country hits done by the likes of Haggard, Jones, Cash and Waylon, new country classics by artists like Brooks, Jackson, Yoakum and Rucker, and classic roots rock like the Allman Brothers, The Band, Stones, Sam Cooke and the Beatles.

In 2015, Georgetown’s Rotary club, Lions, Kiwanis, and Kinsmen banded together to create the festival. It is run completely by volunteers and, this year, all proceeds will be donated to Food4Kids Halton, a group that provides food for local youth at risk of malnutrition.

The event takes place on Sept. 16 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Trafalgar Sports Park, 11494 Trafalgar Rd., Georgetown. Tickets are on sale now for $29 and include a customized Head for the Hills beer stein and four tokens for four samples of beer or cider. Additional tokens can be purchased on the Head for the Hills website for $5 for four.

The event will take place rain or shine. The event sells out, so get your tickets before they’re gone!
